Chaval red dry organic wine is made from Bobal grapes. The wine has been given a vegan certificate. The grapes are not harvested until they have reached the optimum level of ripeness and fullness. The drink undergoes a controlled fermentation at a low temperature and a long maceration process in a stainless steel tank. The drink is decorated with a purple-reddish color. It has aromas of plum, black cherry, vanilla, spices and licorice. Tannins are light and silky. It goes very well with meat, fish and stew. The recommended temperature for wine tasting is 14-18 degrees.
