Georgian natural wine. Traditional Georgian winemaking technology was used during the vinification. Vintage 2021. Grapes-Qisi, Kakhuri Mtsvane and Khikhvi were crashed together and co-fermented in Qvevri and stayed on skins for 7 months.

Brand History

Casreli is a small winery located in Kakheti. The winery's direction is natural winemaking, it was founded in 2014 by five friends. The biography of one of its founders and winemakers, Mikheil Dolidze, is quite interesting, he, like his friends and co-founders of the winery, is a doctor who was a wine enthusiast and eventually turned his enthusiasm into his new profession. Doctor friends decided to fully engage in the field of wine and were able to become one of the leading natural wine producing wineries in Georgia.
