Saferavi grapes for this wine were harvested on the left bank of Alazni, in two outstanding terroirs, Ossetia and Bazhilauri (Kvareli district). A burgundy, energetic wine with pleasant, cheerful aromas of black fruits and berries, a memorable taste and a long finish. Drink chilled at 15-17°, go with roasted meat (poultry, veal, pork), mashed beans, stews, roasted vegetables.
