Red dry Ghvono, made by the traditional method in Kvevri, Imereti from Otkhani Safere variety of grapes. Planted in an oak barrel. It is dark ruby in color with aromas of berries, cream and spices, the wine is full-bodied, with strong tannins and a good acidity characteristic of pleasant Imerian wines in the finish.

Founded in 1994, Binekhi Winery produces premium red and amber wines and spirits from local Georgian grape varieties, harvested in the best terroirs in limited yields. Winemaking is about creative interpretation and experimentation, based on an 8,000-year-old winemaking tradition. Binekh won many awards at competitions held in Germany, Japan, USA and Greater Eurasia. The company owns 90 hectares of vineyards in several regions of Georgia, and on 35 hectares it cultivates unique indigenous grape varieties.
