Beka, a high quality, stainless steel pan is a great and necessary addition to your kitchen. As the surface darkens, its non-stick surface functions better. It has resistance to high temperatures. Can be used on gas, electronic, induction and ceramic hobs. Hand washing is recommended.
Adding spices to your Nomad pan is very easy. It will take a few minutes to create a non-stick coating on the pan using natural oil.
Step 1.Wash the pan in warm water using a little detergent, rinse well and dry thoroughly to prevent the pan from rusting.
Step 2.Add few drops of oil and heat on medium temperature. Slowly spread the oil over the entire surface of the pan.
Step 3. When the oil starts to heat up, use a cloth or napkin and rub it from the surface of the pan to the edge until it is completely gone. After that, the pan will change color and become darker, the darker the pan, the more non-sticky the layer.
Step 4. Cool the pan, remove it from the heat and let it cool completely. Wash the cooled pan in warm water and dry thoroughly.
