anCnoc single malt scotch is aged for 12 years in ex-bourbon casks. The drink is light, but complex at the same time. The whiskey's amber color and delicate aroma are enhanced by elements of honey and lemon. The taste is sweet and tangy, with fruity elements. You can eat it cold with ice cubes.

Brand History

When Inver House acquired the Knockdhu brand from United Distillers in 1988, anCnoc whiskey was born. In February, Inver House started to build the brand, the owner thought the name of the distillery was too similar to the Speyside distillery, Knockando, so he named it Ancnoc, which means black hill. Ancnoc whiskey was first officially bottled in 1993, but the brand's renaissance began in 2003, when anCnoc launched a whiskey aged for 12 years. By 2013, the brand was already producing 12, 16, 18, 22, and 35-year aging drinks.
