Bifido and lactobacteria produce lactic acid and acetic acid, thus creating unfavorable conditions for the reproduction of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms.

They participate in the digestion process and the synthesis of vitamins (B, PP, K, C), promote the absorption of vitamins, micro and macro elements, regulate the electrolyte balance, the exchange of proteins, phospholipids, carbohydrates, bile and fatty acids, bilirubin, cholesterol.
