The greatest influence in the development of craft beer belongs to the IPA, or Indian pale ale. This style has been around since the 1800s, and this method of brewing originated in Britain. It has much more hops, so it was possible to transport it from Britain to India. It was the first pale ale and the first beer exported to India, hence the name. 9 Mountain uses Galaxy, a rare Australian hop variety, to brew its IPA. Since then, there have been many craft brews, and we once found ourselves in Norway, where we met Jikiun Kjetil at a craft beer festival. He is a former Norwegian pilot, who one day, after discovering craft beer, decided to give up his profession and completely switch to craft beer brewing. After traveling to Norway, getting acquainted with the diverse culture of craft beer and meeting Jikiun Kjetil, we, no more and no less, realized exactly what we wanted to do in life - to share the unforgettable experience we had there with Georgian beer lovers. After all, we are a nation that loves freedom and experiments. And craft beer is for those who cannot live without new sensations. In short, we returned to Georgia charged with the energy of true craft beer and opened a craft beer company. According to the recipe developed together, we started production of three types of craft - hoppy Lager (for the most democratic and classic, traditional taste lovers), Pale Ale (for balance lovers) and IPA made from the highest quality hops (for those who are attracted by intense sensations).
