The company's vineyards are located in Kakheti, Kakabet village, Manavi microzone. The number of produced bottles is 150,000 bottles per year. The wine is fermented in kvevri, using traditional Kakhuri technology. Primary fermentation was carried out on wild yeast with spontaneous fermentation, as well as malolactic fermentation. After that, the pitcher was sealed and the wine was poured into its chacha for 6 months.
