Jimsher Chkhaidze started creating the first sample of the first Georgian whiskey in 2005 and managed to produce it only in 2017. The uniqueness of the product is determined by the patented method of its creation, which is connected to the ancient Georgian culture of wine. It is significant that the first Georgian whiskey was created in the country of the world's oldest wine culture, which combines both old traditions and fleshes out a completely new product - whiskey with a Georgian character.
