Following the centuries-old traditional Georgian winemaking method, in Chateau Mukhran, we try to create a distinctive style of Kartli Kvevari wine, which emphasizes our own winemaking philosophy and reflects the distinctiveness of Georgian culture. This wine from Kvevri is a combination of Saferavi and Cabernet Sauvignon, naturally fermented to highlight its origin and true aromas, aged for 18 months in oak barrels and bottled unfiltered. A combination of soft and delicate aromas of dried herbs, black fruits and spices. It is characterized by a balanced full body and a pleasant lingering finish of excellent tannins.
