Wine Khtisia, Saperavi, Dry Red Wine, 2020.

Georgian natural wine, the wine is made from Saferavi grown in the famous Kardenakh akhoi, with 5% chacha and planted in kvevri for 5 months.

Khvtisia wine (Khvtisia winery) is produced in Kakheti, Gurjani municipality, Kardenakh village. Khvtisia wine as a brand was established in 2015, the first wine was poured in 2017, Rkatsiteli and Saferavi grapes were planted from the 2016 harvest. The vineyards are cultivated in the famous microzone of Kardenakh "Akhobi". We take care of the vineyard according to organic rules, we do not mix in the wine, and fermentation and planting are carried out naturally. We have wines both fermented on chacha-claret and without chacha, without maceration.
