Brand History

In 1884, Davit Sarajishvili laid the foundation for the production of brandy using classical technology in the Russian Empire. The first product was produced by the factory established in Tbilisi in 1887. Sarajishvili's company grew rapidly and expanded throughout the Russian Empire and Europe. In Tbilisi, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yerevan, Kyiv, Warsaw, Baku, Riga, Kharkiv, Vladikavkaz, Odessa, Feodosia, Samara, Chisinau, Petrovsk and Chargou, there were distilleries, warehouses and a sales network where the products produced by Davit Sarajishvili's company were sold: cognac , vodka, wine, liquor, rum, absinthe and other alcoholic beverages. Unique Georgian wine spirits are aged in the Sarajishvili wine cellars, which differ from each other both in terms of age and geographical origin. The oldest among them was distilled in 1893 from the wine materials of the village of Digomi under the direct guidance of Davit Sarajishvili himself.
