The original goal of the founders of "Vila Mosavali" was to create the best quality wine and with it a space - where it would be possible to taste wine in a comfortable, beautiful environment accompanied by excellent dishes. They combined tradition and modern approaches and created an outstanding wine brand - "Vila Mosavali". The outstanding wines of "Vila Mosavali", which have received numerous awards, are created by the synthesis of special terroir, outstanding principles of working with the vineyard and the highest level of wine technology. Traditional knowledge handed down from generations, scientific process and modernized technology are the principles of their work. European stainless steel tanks are used for fermentation, and great importance is attached to Georgian traditional technology - "Kvevri technology" and in Amavdria, wine and alcoholic beverages are also grown in French oak barrels. 40 hectares of vineyards are located on the diverse and fertile lands of Kakheti and Kartli, where we grow different types of grapes with different sugar and acidity levels. All operations in the vineyard are done by hand, and after harvesting, the grapes are transported in small boxes to reach the factory gently and undamaged.
