After him, Sulkhan Chavchavadze was mentioned as an innovator in the field of winemaking, who turned the Vazisubani estate into an educational and cultural center and made enormous efforts for its development. The rebirth process of the place started in 2013, the vineyards were replanted, the abandoned 140-year-old wine cellar returned to its function; The palace has been restored, and today it is a 19-room boutique hotel with a beautiful garden, where hundred-year-old trees and rare plant species thrive.
