Dim Slope, Otskhanuri Safere, Red Dry Wine, 2020.

Duet is a natural, unfiltered, rosy dry wine, which is grown in Imereti, in Dim Slope estates. The wine is made from Tsolikouri and Dzelshavi grapes, it is distinguished by a special bouquet and a light aroma of ripe grapes. Recommended with fish, cheese and vegetables.

Originally founded by the family's great grandfather in the late 19th century, Dim Slope maintains their heritage by using traditional winemaking methods and local grape varieties. Today they produce 1500 bottles of white, 500 red and 300 rosé wines under organic farming conditions. They are in the process of biodynamic certification. Dimis Ferdobi is a member of the Natural Wines Association. The winery is located on the eastern side of the Khaniskali River, in the Imereti area. Historically known for its agriculture, the region's humid subtropical climate fosters healthy conditions for winemaking.
