Granik's Guide to Georgian Wines is the first comprehensive, annual publication of Georgian bottled wines. Its main goal is to present Georgian wineries and their products to an audience interested in Georgian wine, wine enthusiasts, professionals, buyers and tourists both in Georgia and around the world. The book contributes to the promotion of Georgian wines, their sales, the growth of producers' business and the long-term, sustainable development of the sector.
The guide is published annually as a hardcover book and is distributed and sold worldwide. The publication is completely independent, not associated with any wine industry, and its main focus is on the assessment-explanation-explanation of the quality or characteristics of each wine.
Both Kvevari and classic (European) wines have equal status in the publication. However, all producers, regardless of their size (both small-scale natural wine producers and large-scale wineries), are equally represented alphabetically in the guide.
