Manavi is a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) wine produced from selected grapes of Kakhuri Mtsvane variety grown in the village Manavi, located in Kakheti region. The wine has been vinified in stainless steel vessels. It is light straw in colour, has fruity bouquet reminiscent of apples, pears and tropical fruits and a well-balanced, smooth palette. Best with: salads, appetizers and fish. Best Served at: +8°-10°C (+46°-50° F)

Giuaani is a family owned and operated winery whose history dates back to 1894. Winery is located in the historic village of Manavi, in Kakheti region. Due to the unique location of the microzone Manavi, Kakhuri Mtsvane is the most important grape variety among the other Kakhetian indigenous varieties. The goal of the company is to preserve the traditions while being openminded and receiving challenges of modern day winemaking. Therefore, we try to combine traditional and modern technics, with the aim to create high quality, authentic wines with a unique character.
