The work is of a collage type and the plot line disappears between these more than a hundred characters. The pace is quite high, which is why, according to the author, it is called a `fast novel'. Ultimately, Shota Iatashvili offers us an experimental text with this banal title and simple scheme, in which countless captivating stories are woven - comic, dramatic, passionate, social... ``The speed of thought is faster than the speed of light'' - said one Eastern philosopher. Of course, this is a metaphor - a fascinating metaphor, and the novel ``Happiness'' is an artistic illustration of this metaphor. Whether it is deliberate or accidental - it doesn't matter much. The key to perceiving this text and getting pleasure from reading it lies in its experimental nature, and I would advise the reader to do only one thing: ``Trust the words, not the actions of the characters.
