The wine is aged in kvevri, using the traditional Imerian method, with a 2-week delay on 10% chacha. Made from Krakhuna grapes grown organically, naturally, without any additives or filtration. Therefore precipitation is expected. Store wine horizontally in a dark, cool place.

Brand History

The history of our winery begins in 1984, when my grandfather, Alexander Volski, built a country house in the village of Khashmi and ran a traditional winery. Since then, my father and grandfather put wine in this cellar every year, and I (Gyorgi Volski) helped them since childhood and was involved in family activities. My father and grandfather made wine only for family consumption, and therefore to get healthy and useful wine, they took care of the vineyard only with bio-organic methods, and they made wine naturally, without any additives. Currently, I continue this family tradition and make wine using the same methods, now for commercial purposes. Accordingly, our wines are made from bio-organically grown grapes and without any additives, including sulfur, as well as filtration.
